LADIES, USE YOUR FEMININE POWERS TO CONTROL YOUR MAN

Somehow, I think we are losing ourselves in the conundrum of pressures that daily living places upon us. The weight of striving to achieve personal goals while staying “woke” adds yet another layer to how far we’ve strayed. In my humble opinion, relationships have become increasingly transactional in tone and somewhat lifeless in all their forms and expressions.

Although some may argue that it’s much easier to date these days; with partners just a website search, a call, and a bargain away, that very ease strips away the excitement of building meaningful, lasting relationships. The thrill of the journey, the effort to connect deeply, and the beauty of creating something enduring are quickly fading into obscurity.

To compound these challenges, it’s disheartening to see a significant shift in gender roles among many people today. There appears to be a growing trend of men adopting more feminine traits, while on the other hand, women are becoming increasingly masculine in their approach to life. For women, perhaps this shift stems from the societal pressure to be more independent. But in the process, many are losing sight of the immense power their femininity holds—a game-changing advantage in any kind of relationship.

As a woman, you must understand that embracing your femininity doesn’t diminish you; it empowers you. Feminine energy is a natural counterbalance to the chaos that masculine energy can bring. You are the one who shapes and channels it as you choose. Sadly, this generation often fails to recognize this truth. The wisdom lies in understanding how to identify and flip the script to your advantage, contrary to popular opinion.

Let me share a few tips on how to communicate better and get what you want, every time. These tips are by no means exhaustive, but I trust you’ll get the gist.

For example, if you need to express frustration with your spouse’s or partner’s actions and want them to make necessary changes, resist the urge to lash out or provoke them—an approach many women default to. Instead, tap into your feminine superpowers and witness the transformative results you can achieve. Here are a few examples that might help;

1.    Instead of saying: “You are not doing enough.”

Say: “I appreciate what you do, and it would make me feel even more cared for if…”

2.    Resist the temptation to say: “You don’t care about my feelings.”

On the contrary say: “I feel safe when I know you understand how I’m feeling.”

3.    Do not say: “Why did you not call me?”

Say: “I miss hearing your voice, it would have made my day.”

4.    Avoid saying: “You need to listen to me.”

Say: “It would mean a lot if you could hear me out, I value your attention.”

5.    Never say: “You never take my advice.”
Instead, Say: “I trust your decisions, but I’d love for you to consider my perspective too.”

6.    Do not say: “You always forget to help me.”
It’s better to say: “It makes me so happy when you’re there for me. Could you help me with this?”

7.    Do not say: “Why do you always do things your way?”
You may say: “I love when we work together. Can we try deciding on this together?”

Remember, the key is to communicate in ways that inspire cooperation and understanding rather than conflict or resistance.

In the fast-paced world we live in, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly makes relationships thrive—understanding, respect, and balance. As women, tapping into your natural feminine energy is not about conforming to outdated roles but about embracing a unique strength that fosters harmony and meaningful connections. By choosing words thoughtfully and nurturing your relationships with patience and care, you can create bonds that stand the test of time. After all, the power to shape your relationships and your life lies in your hands.

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN 2023

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN 2023

Congratulations you made it into 2023. I suspect that you have or you are taking stock of your achievements or otherwise in the year 2022, and you are probably asking the same questions I have been asking for the last couple of weeks; what can I do to guarantee a successful 2023?

What do I need to do differently?

What areas of my life do I need to improve upon?

How do I begin the process of improving my life for the better?

How do I make the most of the chances life offers in 2023? Etc.

Making the most of a situation is the expectation of everyone I suppose and for the fact that the year 2023 holds a lot of meaning for many of us especially Nigerians for obvious reasons. Irrespective of where you come from or where you are, the desire to be successful is common to us all.

The problem oftentimes is that our desires rest on virtually nothing but imaginations. I mean desires and passion are good but you have got to have concrete plans and light posts that guide you actions because ultimately they help you stay the course.

While this is not an exhaustive list, here are a few suggestions for making the most of the year 2023:

1.  1. Set clear goals for yourself: Consider what you want to accomplish in the year and make a plan for achieving those goals. This could include personal goals, such as improving your health or learning a new skill, or professional goals, such as advancing your career or starting a business. It is important to be specific about what you want to achieve. This will help you create a roadmap for success and stay focused on your priorities.

2.  2. Take care of yourself: Prioritize self-care: Success doesn't just come from working hard – it also requires taking care of yourself. Make sure to prioritize self-care and prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This could involve things like getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet, and finding ways to manage stress.

3. 3.  Stay organized: It's easy to get overwhelmed when you have a lot on your plate, so it's important to stay organized and on top of your responsibilities. Consider using tools like calendars, to-do lists, and project management software to help you stay organized and manage your time effectively.

4. 4.  Build relationships: Make an effort to connect with others and build strong relationships with friends, family, and colleagues. This could involve making time for social activities, volunteering, or simply spending time with loved ones.

5.  5. Learn something new: Consider taking on a new hobby or learning a new skill. This could involve enrolling in a class or finding online resources to help you learn.

6.  6. Keep learning: Never stop learning and growing – in the new year make continuous learning a habit. While it is plausible to learn a skill, it is highly commendable to improve, update on the skills you have learnt. Do not stop at basic course levels, look for the next improved and advanced courses. You may wish to take them at quarterly intervals. No matter how you do it, keeping building yourself.

7.  7Practice gratitude: Make an effort to focus on the positive things in your life and express gratitude for the people and experiences that bring you joy. This can help you cultivate a positive mindset and make the most of each day.

Welcome to 2023 and I wish you a wonderful year. Happy New Year.
